We work as a seasoned team.
Attitude is critical. We don’t hire apprentices or beginners to join our team. We hire engineers after our own internal testing, background checks and interview procedures. The result is a highly motivated group of master software engineers, who love what they do and work together as a cohesive unit.
Each of our developers hold an average of 15 years of experience. We are a professional Ruby on Rails software engineering team and we each bring a certain focus and expertise.
Some companies try to employ their own group of programmers. Most are not experienced in creating a world-class Ruby on Rails engineering team, and why should they be if that is not their business? It is a difficult task but that is what we do. Our clients benefit by getting better software in less time and for significantly less cost.
We take the time to educate our clients.
At CBCI we value each of our clients and tailor our approach to educate them according to their needs and desires. Clients are assigned a Service Representative who answers all questions and manages each project for that client.
We are old-fashioned
There is something to be said for old-fashioned customer/client service. Most teams are able to fulfill and deliver requirements, trading hours for dollars. Our clients deserve better than that!
